BAPP BEST PRACTICES SOP ENDORSEMENT and AUTHORIZATION TO DISCLOSE
We, the undersigned, in support of this consumer protection initiative intended to deliver defect-free natural products to support the public’s health, agree to participate in all appropriate efforts to stop the resale of irreparably defective articles (IDAs), i.e., ingredients, components, and finished products, into commerce.
The “BAPP BEST PRACTICES SOP FOR THE DISPOSAL / DESTRUCTION OF IRREPARABLY DEFECTIVE ARTICLES” (“BAPP SOP”) offers proposed contract language and SOP templates that buyers and sellers of ingredients and finished products can adjust and integrate into Quality and Service Agreements. Doing so will help to accomplish this important goal. We have reviewed the Executive Summary and the BAPP SOP documents and firmly support their intent to protect all consumers of natural products.
(Please indicate approval by checking all appropriate statements.)
