HerbDay 2013 at the American Botanical Council

The 8th Annual HerbDay Celebration at the American Botanical Council (ABC) was once again a huge success. More than 100 supporters came to ABC headquarters in Austin, TX, to take part in the festivities. Participants enjoyed herb walks, lectures from experts in the field of herbal medicine, and children's activities.

HerbDay was initiated by 5 nonprofit organizations with interests in herbs and herbalism (the HerbDay Coalition) to raise public awareness about the significance of herbs in the lives of millions of people worldwide and the many ways herbs can be used safely and creatively for health, beauty care, and culinary enjoyment.
