The series is an introduction and includes herbal fundamentals, North American and Mid-Atlantic medicinal plants (and others), practical and therapeutic applications of herbs, herbal preparations and medicine making, harvesting and wild crafting plants, permaculture and herbal gardening, herbal energetics and more. A strong sense of social, racial, healthy, economic and environmental justice is integral to our program. Our focus at Centro Ashé is to provide an inclusive learning environment that celebrates the voices and contributions of people of color, indigenous, LGBTQ, women and more.
