4th Annual Short Course on Trend and Development of Nutraceuticals & Functional Foods

The theme of the Texas A & M University course is, "Sources, Identification, Extraction, Separation, and Purification." Lecture topics will include natural pharmaceuticals, whole food-based nutrition, plant calcium content, and more. ABC's Mark Blumenthal will speak on the topic "Adulteration and Quality Control Issues in Herbal Extracts & Botanical Preparations."
